2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information.

• Respond promptly with communication and feedback.

• Comply with agreed payment terms before service delivery.

3. Payments

• Payments must follow the terms of project proposals or invoices.

• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

• All custom work created by Bigfolio remains our intellectual property until payment is received in full.

• Once fully paid, rights are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bigfolio is not responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.

• Business losses resulting from the use of our services.

• Issues caused by third-party applications or integrations.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• You violate these Terms.

• Payments are not made.

• Services are misused or abused.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
