At Bigfolio LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality Shopify development and related services tailored to each client’s unique needs. Because our work is often customized and project-based, our refund policy is outlined below.
Service-Based Refunds

Custom Services
Payments for consulting, development, design, or other customized services are non-refundable, as resources and time are allocated once a project begins. -
Advance Payments / Deposits
Deposits made to secure services are non-refundable, but may be credited toward future services at our discretion. -
Cancellations Before Work Starts
If you cancel before project initiation, we may consider a partial refund, depending on the administrative costs incurred.
Digital Products (if applicable)
For downloadable assets or digital tools, refunds are only granted if the product is defective and cannot be used as intended.
Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at hello@bigfolio.co within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate the matter and resolve it promptly.
